1. Who we are
Healing Journey at app.mydoctor.ltd/healing is provided by Sparsh Helpline Services Private Limited ("we"). By creating an account or continuing to use it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. What this service is, and is not
Healing Journey offers wellness self-assessment, counselling support, reflection tools and guidance. It does not diagnose disease, does not replace a consultation with your doctor, and must not be used for emergencies. In an emergency call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Do not stop or change any prescribed medicine because of anything shown here.
3. Healy, astrology, palm and tarot readings
Healy frequency programmes and bioenergetic reports are complementary wellness practices, not medical tests or treatment. Astrology, palm and tarot readings are offered for self-reflection and are not scientific predictions about health, lifespan or events. Tarot cards are drawn at random by the system before any interpretation is written. Healy premium sessions are performed and explained by an independent certified Healy practitioner assigned to your booking.
4. AI-generated guidance
Much of the guidance is written by artificial intelligence from the information you give. It can be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgement and discuss health decisions with a qualified doctor.
5. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and give true information about yourself. One account is for one person. Keep your codes and password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
6. Your content and your data
What you enter and upload remains yours. You allow us to use it only for the purposes you consent to, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can download it, correct it, withdraw consent or erase it at any time from Privacy and Data.
7. Acceptable use
Do not upload another person's information without their permission, try to access other accounts, interfere with the service, or copy its content for commercial use.
8. Credits, sessions and payments
Some AI features use wallet credits (1 credit = Rs 1, prices include applicable taxes). The credits needed are shown and you confirm before anything is charged. If a feature cannot be completed, the credits return to your wallet automatically. Assessments, scores, the diary and the dashboard are free. Credits can be used only for MyDoctor services; they cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another person, and are valid for 12 months from purchase. Bonus credits given on larger top-ups have no cash value. Unused purchased credits can be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase. Fees for clinic sessions are shown at booking. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Cashfree).
9. Limits of responsibility
The service is provided with reasonable care but without any guarantee of a particular result. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the guidance. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop at any time and erase your Healing data from Privacy and Data. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms, after telling you why where possible.
11. Changes, law and contact
If these Terms or the Privacy Policy change, we will ask you to review and accept them again before you continue. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having jurisdiction. Questions or grievances: drpankajjha@gmail.com.

हीलिंग जर्नी स्वास्थ्य स्व-मूल्यांकन, परामर्श सहायता, आत्म-चिंतन उपकरण और मार्गदर्शन देती है। यह रोग का निदान नहीं करती, डॉक्टर से परामर्श का विकल्प नहीं है और आपात स्थिति के लिए नहीं है। आपात स्थिति में 112 पर कॉल करें। यहाँ दिखाई गई किसी बात के कारण निर्धारित दवा बंद या न बदलें।
3. Healy, ज्योतिष, हस्तरेखा और टैरो
Healy फ़्रीक्वेंसी कार्यक्रम और बायोएनर्जेटिक रिपोर्ट पूरक वेलनेस पद्धतियाँ हैं, चिकित्सा जाँच या इलाज नहीं। ज्योतिष, हस्तरेखा और टैरो रीडिंग आत्म-चिंतन के लिए हैं; ये स्वास्थ्य, आयु या घटनाओं की वैज्ञानिक भविष्यवाणी नहीं हैं। टैरो के पत्ते व्याख्या लिखे जाने से पहले सिस्टम द्वारा यादृच्छिक रूप से निकाले जाते हैं। Healy प्रीमियम सत्र आपकी बुकिंग के लिए नियुक्त एक स्वतंत्र प्रमाणित Healy विशेषज्ञ द्वारा किया और समझाया जाता है।
4. AI द्वारा लिखा मार्गदर्शन
अधिकांश मार्गदर्शन आपकी दी गई जानकारी से कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (AI) लिखती है। यह अधूरा या गलत हो सकता है। अपने विवेक का उपयोग करें और स्वास्थ्य संबंधी निर्णय योग्य डॉक्टर से चर्चा करके लें।
5. कौन उपयोग कर सकता है
आपकी आयु 18 वर्ष या अधिक होनी चाहिए और अपने बारे में सही जानकारी देनी होगी। एक खाता एक व्यक्ति के लिए है। अपने कोड और पासवर्ड गोपनीय रखें; आपके खाते की गतिविधि की ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है।
6. आपकी सामग्री और डेटा
आप जो दर्ज या अपलोड करते हैं वह आपका ही रहता है। हम इसका उपयोग केवल उन्हीं उद्देश्यों के लिए करते हैं जिन पर आपने सहमति दी है। आप इसे कभी भी गोपनीयता और डेटा पृष्ठ से डाउनलोड, सुधार, सहमति वापस या मिटा सकते हैं।
7. उचित उपयोग
किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की जानकारी उसकी अनुमति के बिना अपलोड न करें, दूसरों के खाते खोलने का प्रयास न करें, सेवा में बाधा न डालें और इसकी सामग्री का व्यावसायिक उपयोग न करें।
8. क्रेडिट, सत्र और भुगतान
कुछ AI सुविधाओं में वॉलेट क्रेडिट लगते हैं (1 क्रेडिट = 1 रुपया, कीमतों में लागू कर शामिल)। कितने क्रेडिट लगेंगे यह पहले दिखाया जाता है और आपकी पुष्टि के बाद ही कटते हैं। यदि कोई सुविधा पूरी नहीं हो पाती, तो क्रेडिट अपने आप वॉलेट में लौट आते हैं। मूल्यांकन, स्कोर, डायरी और डैशबोर्ड मुफ़्त हैं। क्रेडिट केवल MyDoctor सेवाओं में उपयोग हो सकते हैं; इन्हें नकद में नहीं निकाला या किसी और को दिया जा सकता, और ये खरीद से 12 महीने तक मान्य हैं। बड़े टॉप-अप पर मिले बोनस क्रेडिट का कोई नकद मूल्य नहीं है। न उपयोग किए गए खरीदे गए क्रेडिट खरीद के 7 दिनों के भीतर अनुरोध पर लौटाए जा सकते हैं। भुगतान Cashfree के माध्यम से होता है।
9. उत्तरदायित्व की सीमा
सेवा उचित सावधानी से दी जाती है, पर किसी विशेष परिणाम की गारंटी नहीं है। कानून की अनुमति की सीमा तक, मार्गदर्शन के आधार पर लिए गए आपके निर्णयों के लिए हम उत्तरदायी नहीं हैं। उपभोक्ता संरक्षण कानून के आपके अधिकार बने रहते हैं।
10. उपयोग समाप्त करना
आप कभी भी उपयोग बंद कर सकते हैं और अपना हीलिंग डेटा मिटा सकते हैं। इन शर्तों के उल्लंघन पर हम खाता निलंबित कर सकते हैं।
11. बदलाव, कानून और संपर्क
यदि शर्तें या गोपनीयता नीति बदलती हैं, तो आगे बढ़ने से पहले हम आपसे उन्हें फिर से देखने और स्वीकार करने को कहेंगे। ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों के अधीन हैं और नई दिल्ली की अदालतों का क्षेत्राधिकार होगा। प्रश्न या शिकायत: drpankajjha@gmail.com।
