Sparsh Helpline Services Private Limited operates app.mydoctor.ltd and decides how your data in Healing Journey is used. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary.
What we collect
- Account: name, mobile number or email, date of birth, gender.
- Your inputs: answers, self-ratings, symptoms, health readings, questions you ask (including tarot questions), birth details for astrology.
- Uploads: the text we read from your Healy reports (the PDF file itself is not kept); palm photos are used to create your reading and are not kept afterwards.
- Camera pulse sessions: your pulse is measured on your own device; only the resulting scores are saved.
- Security records: sign-ins, device and IP address, and which parts of your record were opened. These never contain your health content.
Why we use it
Only for the purposes you agree to on the consent screen: keeping your Healing record and preparing your guidance (needed), reminders (optional), and de-identified accuracy statistics (optional). We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Anthropic: AI that writes your guidance, from the relevant text or photos we send.
- Google: converts a birth place into coordinates for astrology.
- WhatsApp messaging provider and Resend: deliver codes and messages.
- Railway: hosts the application and database.
- Healy practitioners: only if you book a Healy premium session, the practitioner assigned to that booking sees your name, phone and Healy results to scan, analyse and explain them. Each access is shown in your Privacy and Data activity.
Some of these providers process data outside India. They act only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Healing data: while your account is active, or until you erase it. Sign-in codes: one day. Security records: one year, as required by the DPDP Rules, 2025. Records that another law requires us to keep are kept for that period.
Your rights
From Privacy and Data you can see and download your data, change or withdraw consent, ask for correction, erase your Healing data, sign out everywhere, and nominate someone to act for you. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before it.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies that keep you signed in securely and remember your language. No advertising or tracking cookies are used in Healing Journey.
Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), a separate verified session for health data, one-time codes stored only as hashes with limited attempts, access logging, and automatic sign-out after 7 days of inactivity.
Children
Healing Journey is only for adults (18+). Children's programmes are run separately with a parent's account.
Grievances
Write to our grievance officer at drpankajjha@gmail.com or use the request form in Privacy and Data. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

हम क्या एकत्र करते हैं
- खाता: नाम, मोबाइल नंबर या ईमेल, जन्म तिथि, लिंग।
- आपकी जानकारी: उत्तर, स्व-मूल्यांकन, लक्षण, स्वास्थ्य रीडिंग, आपके प्रश्न (टैरो प्रश्न सहित), ज्योतिष हेतु जन्म विवरण।
- अपलोड: Healy रिपोर्ट से पढ़ा गया टेक्स्ट (PDF फ़ाइल स्वयं नहीं रखी जाती); हस्तरेखा फ़ोटो केवल रीडिंग बनाने में उपयोग होती हैं, बाद में नहीं रखी जातीं।
- कैमरा पल्स सत्र: पल्स आपके ही डिवाइस पर मापी जाती है; केवल स्कोर सहेजे जाते हैं।
- सुरक्षा रिकॉर्ड: साइन-इन, डिवाइस व IP पता, और रिकॉर्ड के कौन से भाग खोले गए। इनमें आपकी स्वास्थ्य सामग्री नहीं होती।
हम इसका उपयोग क्यों करते हैं
केवल उन्हीं उद्देश्यों के लिए जिन पर आप सहमति देते हैं: हीलिंग रिकॉर्ड व मार्गदर्शन (ज़रूरी), रिमाइंडर (वैकल्पिक), और पहचान हटाकर सटीकता के आँकड़े (वैकल्पिक)। हम आपका डेटा कभी बेचते नहीं और विज्ञापन के लिए उपयोग नहीं करते।
हमारी ओर से प्रोसेस करने वाले
- Anthropic: AI जो आपका मार्गदर्शन लिखता है।
- Google: ज्योतिष हेतु जन्म स्थान को निर्देशांक में बदलता है।
- WhatsApp संदेश प्रदाता व Resend: कोड और संदेश भेजते हैं।
- Railway: ऐप और डेटाबेस होस्ट करता है।
- Healy विशेषज्ञ: केवल Healy प्रीमियम सत्र बुक करने पर, नियुक्त विशेषज्ञ आपका नाम, फ़ोन और Healy परिणाम देखते हैं। हर पहुँच आपकी गोपनीयता गतिविधि में दिखती है।
इनमें से कुछ प्रदाता भारत के बाहर डेटा प्रोसेस करते हैं, और केवल हमारे निर्देश पर कार्य करते हैं।
हम कितने समय तक रखते हैं
हीलिंग डेटा: खाता सक्रिय रहने तक या आपके मिटाने तक। साइन-इन कोड: एक दिन। सुरक्षा रिकॉर्ड: एक वर्ष, DPDP नियम 2025 के अनुसार।
आपके अधिकार
गोपनीयता और डेटा पृष्ठ से आप अपना डेटा देख व डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं, सहमति बदल या वापस ले सकते हैं, सुधार माँग सकते हैं, हीलिंग डेटा मिटा सकते हैं, सभी डिवाइस से साइन आउट कर सकते हैं और किसी को नामित कर सकते हैं।

हम केवल ज़रूरी कुकीज़ का उपयोग करते हैं जो आपको सुरक्षित रूप से साइन-इन रखती हैं और भाषा याद रखती हैं। कोई विज्ञापन या ट्रैकिंग कुकी नहीं।
बच्चे
हीलिंग जर्नी केवल वयस्कों (18+) के लिए है।
