By accessing or using this website (mydoctor.ltd and its sub-domains, including the Speaking Practice service) you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

Speaking Practice is an AI-assisted spoken-English practice tool. It presents conversational questions, records and scores your spoken answers on delivery and content, and offers coaching feedback. It is an educational and skill-practice tool, not a substitute for professional language instruction or any medical, psychological, or speech pathology service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must register and log in to use the full course. A limited free trial is available without registration, subject to change or withdrawal at any time.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Credits and Payment

• New registered users receive a free-usage period, followed by a limited number of free questions per day. Beyond these free allowances, use of the service is billed in credits (1 credit = 1 question), purchased in advance as described on the Speaking Practice top-up screen.
• Credits are added to your existing MyDoctor.ltd wallet balance, which may also be used for other billable services on this platform, where applicable.
• Prices, free allowances, and credit-tier bonuses are set at our discretion and may change from time to time; the pricing shown to you at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a licensed third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment, or interfere with the service's operation.

5. Recordings and Content

Audio you record and the transcripts/scores generated from it are stored to provide the service (playback, review, and progress tracking) and are handled per our privacy practices. Do not use the service to record or submit content involving other identifiable individuals without their consent.

6. Disclaimers

AI-generated feedback, scores, and suggested answers are provided for practice purposes only and may contain errors. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, score improvement, or fluency result from using the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparsh Helpline Services Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
