By registering as a doctor on this platform, you confirm that you are a qualified medical practitioner with valid registration in India (or your country of practice) and that you accept the terms below.

  1. You will use the platform only for genuine patient care, never for fraudulent claims or false records.
  2. You will keep your doctor code confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your code.
  3. You will obtain appropriate patient consent before entering their details into the platform, in line with applicable medical ethics and DPDP Act.
  4. You will not share, sell, or otherwise misuse patient data accessed via the platform.
  5. You will inform us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

3. AI Clinical Decision Support — Important Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are clinical decision support tools only. They do not replace your clinical judgment, examination, or medical training. You remain fully responsible for all diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment decisions made for your patients. The platform's AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information. Always verify before acting.

4. GP vs Specialist Workflow

The platform restricts the workflow based on your registered doctor type:

Attempting to bypass these restrictions or misrepresenting your qualifications is a breach of these Terms.

5. Referral Network

By creating a referral, you authorise sharing of the patient's complete record with the receiving specialist. The receiving specialist becomes responsible for further care and data handling once the referral is accepted. The platform logs all referrals for audit purposes.

6. Patient Records

Patient records entered into the platform remain the clinical responsibility of the registering doctor. The platform stores them on your behalf as a data processor under the DPDP Act. You retain the legal duty of clinical record-keeping under applicable medical laws and may be required to provide records on demand to the patient or to regulatory authorities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that misrepresent qualifications, or that engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Patient records associated with suspended accounts may be retained for legal record-keeping requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any clinical errors, missed diagnoses, or adverse outcomes resulting from use of the platform. The doctor remains the responsible clinician.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes increment the policy version, and you will be asked to re-accept on your next login.
